The Individuals Driving The Chapter
Dr. Stanley Chege
As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing, banking, insurance, and fund management industries, Dr. Stanley Chege held a variety of strategic leadership roles, including Chief Information Officer, business process manager, internal controls specialist, strategic planner, and projects manager. Currently, He serve as the Director and Principal Consultant at Digital Transformation Experts Ltd. I also lecture in IT and conduct research at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. In addition to my academic credentials, which include a Ph.D., MBA, and BSC degree in IT, I hold numerous professional certifications, including CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CGEIT, PMP, CPP, COBIT, and ITIL, MCSE, ISO 27001, 22301, 9001, 45001, 140001, 50001 LA. I maintain active professional membership in organizations such as PMI, ISACA, ISC2, NSLS, CIO, and CISO Alliances. He is the ISC2 Kenya Chapter President, and His research has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and one book on IT governance. As a digital transformation expert, he has successfully implemented disruptive technologies such as Social, Mobility, Analytics, AI, and Cloud to drive digital transformation initiatives across Africa.
Dennis Mugi Wahome
Dennis is a dedicated cybersecurity professional with a passion for protecting digital assets and advancing knowledge in the field. With a strong commitment to continuous learning and innovation, he stays at the forefront of emerging security trends, best practices, and evolving threats. He actively engages in cybersecurity research, training, and mentorship, empowering others to strengthen their security posture. Through his expertise, Dennis contributes to building a safer digital environment by advocating for cybersecurity awareness, risk management, and proactive defense strategies. As a member of ISC2 Kenya, Dennis is committed to fostering a community of skilled professionals, collaborating on industry initiatives, and driving excellence in cybersecurity.
Stellah Kilonzo
Ms. Stellah Kilonzo serves as the Membership Chair of ISC2 Kenya Chapter, dedicated in building a thriving, engaged, and resourceful cybersecurity community. With a background in ICT Project Management and a passion for Risk, Security, and Governance, Ms Stellah is committed to driving Ms Stellah is committed to empowering professionals through networking, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning. Her goal is to enhance collaboration, attract new members, and create impactful initiatives that strengthen Kenya’s Cybersecurity Landscape.
Robert Wechesi
Robert's Goal is to Efficiently Manage your IT Infrastructure with Systems Security as a Core Focus. He's a Cybersecurity Professional passionate about helping businesses and individuals protect their digital assets and sensitive information from cyber threats. With a strong background in cybersecurity practices and techniques, I strive to provide reliable and effective solutions to safeguard against potential breaches and attacks. Robert's expertise includes cybersecurity awareness training, risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, threat detection and monitoring, security audits, and incident response planning. He's a team player who believes in building strong relationships with my clients and working closely with them to understand their unique needs and challenges.
