nEarning thennCISSP by ISC2, the world’s premier cybersecurity certification, has the power tonchange the trajectory of a person’s career and life. On average, CISSPnholders earn $119,577 annually according to thennISC2 Workforce Study.
nThe Center for Cybersafety and Education, the charitable arm of ISC2, launched a new campaign to provide 30nscholarships for CISSP and other ISC2 certifications in honor of thenn30th anniversary of the CISSP.
n“By providing these 30 scholarships, we are removing the financialnbarrier to CISSP certification for deserving individuals who may notnotherwise be able to afford the exam and training,” said Holly SchneidernBrown, Senior Director of the Center. “We soft launched the campaignnwith our ISC2 staff and saw how strongly the staff believed in thenimpact of this effort. Amentum and KnowBe4 also see the value and havenjoined as corporate supporters. We are looking forward to the support ofnISC2 members and the public to get us to our goal of $30,000 by Mayn15th.”
nTerence Dutton, CISSP and Senior Exam Content Development Manager fornISC2 has seen the positive impact the CISSP can have for certificationnholders.
